On Thursday evening, participants submit themes completing the sentence “Theater would be a lot more interesting if there were seven ten-minute plays about _____.”
The themes are tossed into THE CONE OF DESTINY and one is drawn at random.
Seven writers take that theme and write through the night, collaborating with a team of professional playwrights. On Friday at 8:00 am, each director receives a just-finished play and assembles a cast by blindly picking slips of paper with actors' names.
